The Space:

Sea La Vie in Cala Salada extends over three floors and captivates on the one hand with its charm and on the other hand with a detailed, dreamlike sea and jungle views. On the upper floor, there is the master bedroom with spectacular sea views, a large bathroom with a shower, the chill-out area with a large flatscreen and another bedroom with sea views and an extra bathroom. On the middle floor, you will find two more bedrooms with sea view and 2 bathrooms and a utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer and large freezer. On the lower floor, the living-dining area has an open fireplace, a fantastic sea view, and a fully equipped, open kitchen. Everything you need, such as a fridge, wine fridge, toaster, microwave, electric cooker with ceramic hob and oven, and a Nespresso coffee machine and juice extractor, can be found here. All in all, the kitchen is fully equipped with all crockery and cutlery. The breathtaking sea view is also fascinating in the entire outdoor area. Various terraces with chill-out possibilities, an outdoor Jacuzzi, and a fabulous pool invite you to relax here. The large dining table is excellent for enjoying the BQQ prepared on the large gas barbecue. Sufficient sun loungers, parasols, and an outdoor toilet allow relaxed sunbathing by the pool. Although the property has a car parking space, the beach of Cala Salada is a 5-minute walk away.

Guests will have the property exclusively for themselves during their stay with us in peace and tranquillity. We have the perfect setup at the villa to enjoy your holidays with us in a great location to be whilst in Ibiza.

Neighbourhood

Cala Salada is a cove on the Spanish island of Ibiza. It is in the municipality of Sant Antoni de Portmany and is 2.9 miles north of the town of Sant Antoni de Portmany. The village of Santa Agnès de Corona is 5.4 miles north east of the beach. It takes 25 minutes’ drive to Ibiza Town, Playa Den Bossa and Ibiza Port, with most of Ibiza’s hotspots just a 20-25 mins drive away. The airport is a short 25 mins drive offering guests the ultimate in style, luxury and convenience.

Other things to note

Refundable breakage Deposit

We will block a refundable breakage deposit of €3,000 upon arrival for extra services or damages. This refundable breakage deposit can be prepaid by credit card(s) or cash. This breakage deposit will be fully refunded within five working days after check-out and is subject to inspection by the property manager to assess whether there have been any extra service fees or damages to claim.

We can offer boat charter, transfers, extra cleaning, private chef, and food and spirit shopping service to our guests at an extra cost. Please ask us for additional information should you wish to book this optional service.

HOUSE RULES:

Concerning neighbouring villas and local Spanish laws, parties, loud music and loud noise that disturbs our neighbours are forbidden. Quiet hours are from 22:00 until 9:00. We kindly ask you to respect our neighbours. Please be respectful if you want to play music, especially at night.

Installing any DJ equipment or sound system on the property is strictly forbidden. Failure to follow the no-party policy will lead to immediate removal from the property without warning and a refund!

If throwing a not permitted party and creating loud noises during night times (quiet hours!) might lead to the loss of electricity. By booking this listing, you agree that you will follow the house rules and be a respectful guest, and if you do not follow the house rules and create loud party noises at night times, a loss of electricity won't be an issue for you. Furthermore, you agree that you will need to leave the property without a refund if breaking the house rules.

Before check-out, if you moved any furniture, please return them to where they were at check-in. Please remove the big rubbish bags from your villa. Please do not leave or store rubbish bags outside the villa to not attract unwelcome animals for you and the following guests. At check-in, we will instruct you where to find the garbage containers. Check-in time is 15:00 or 16:00 (per your property reservation agreement), and check-out time is 10:00. We can only allow later check-out times if there are no new arrivals on the same day. The villa is a self-serviced property with a starter kit of toilette paper, soap, trash bags, detergent for the dishwasher, bed linen and three towels per person.

Smoking is only permitted outside or on balconies of the property. It is not allowed inside the property.

The use of the swimming pool is at the guest's own risk. Guests are expressly advised not to allow unsupervised children near the pool.

We will provide you with three sets of keys for the property at check-in. Please keep them safe, as, in the event of a loss, we will need to change locks and reprogram the security alarm and gate remote at your expense.

Guests are responsible for leaving the property and its contents in good order. The guest must pay for any damages or losses incurred during their stay.

Guests are responsible for the security of their villa during occupancy.

The rental rate is valid for the confirmed number of guests.

Extra guests will be charged per night for the total stay. We hope you enjoy your stay. Thank you for being so considerate.

Guests can get around by car, taxi or use our exclusive mini-van service. It’s a short walk to Salinas and Es Cavallet and all the beach clubs on both beaches.
