Guest Access

Guests will have the property exclusively for themselves during their stay with us in peace and tranquillity. We have the perfect setup at the villa to enjoy your holidays with us in a great location while in Ibiza.


Interaction

We are hands-off. We offer our guests complementary concierge services if needed to enhance your Ibiza experience.


Other things to note

We would be grateful if you followed the house rules. We have a strict non-smoking policy inside the property. Smoking is allowed outdoors.  The property has a security alarm system, exterior security cameras, motion detectors and sensors, a remote control gate and an audio device. It is not allowed to tamper with these security devices required to protect our guests and property. Please note there is a refundable breakage deposit of €2,500.
