The Villa is near many of Ibiza's famous restaurants, nightlife and beach clubs such as Julz, Blue Marlin, Cova Santa, Tropicana, El Chiringuito, Jockey Club, Sa Trinx, Restaurant Sa Caleta, Cala Bassa Beach Club, Ushuaia, HÏ, Lio, Amnesia and Pacha.

Stunning beaches such as Salinas, Es Xarco, Sa Caleta, Cala Bassa, Cala Comte, Cala Jondal, Porroig, Es Cavallet, Es Codols, Cala Baltrana, Es Torrent and Playa D’en Bossa are within 5-15 minutes away.

Following the pandemic we are providing more stringent cleaning procedures of our properties to ensure our guests' health and safety. All of our bed linen, bathroom towels and pool towels are professionally laundered.

Indoor space:

On the ground floor, you will find a stunning open-plan living room (with AC / fireplace), which effortlessly links with the dining room and a large, fully equipped modern kitchen, offering guests excellent indoor relaxation and entertainment options. This vast space opens to the outdoor dining/pool area offering guests seamless access and breathtaking views. There are also two spacious bedrooms with ensuite and a great integral garage for three cars on this floor.

On the first floor are three large bedrooms with ensuite, one with a little private terrace and the other with a big common terrace from which you can enjoy the stunning sea views.

The villa offers fibre optic Wi-Fi service, AC throughout (cool/ warm air), Satellite TV, washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, and safe and alarm system, offering guests the perfect fully equipped home for an unforgettable holiday.

Outdoor space:

Outside you can relax in the fantastic 15m2 swimming pool and its surrounding sun terraces and chill-out areas. And why not enjoy a delicious barbecue by the pool or chill out in the tranquillity of the beautiful gardens.

For the more energetic guests, you can have a game of tennis on your private tennis court with sea views or use the activity area with yoga space and gym/training facilities.

There is also a kid's play area, a Ping-Pong table, and an outdoor picnic area in the beautiful gardens and surrounding Olive groves.

Guest Access

Guests will have the property exclusively for themselves during their stay in peace and tranquillity. We have the perfect setup at the villa to enjoy your holidays with us in a great location to be whilst in Ibiza.

Interaction

We are hands-off. We offer our guests complementary concierge services if needed to enhance your Ibiza experience.

Other things to note

Guest can check-in on any date of the week and can have short stay pending availability and terms per period. We will block a breakage security deposit of €2,000 upon arrival. This breakage deposit can be prepaid by credit card(s) or cash. This breakage deposit will be fully refunded within five working days upon check-out and is subject to inspection by the property manager to assess whether there have been any damages to claim.

We can offer extra cleaning to our guests at an extra cost. Please ask us for additional information should you wish to book this optional service.

HOUSE RULES:

No smoking inside the property. Smoking is allowed outside the property.

No parties or events allowed. However, we are pleased for you to play music at a respectable level inside and around the pool.

Check-in time is from 15:00 – 21:00. After 21:00 we need to arrange a late check-in at an extra cost of €50. Early check-in can be arranged if possible at an additional cost. Please ask for more information.

Getting Around

Best to use a rental car or taxi for your local transfers. We will provide direction, coordinates and google maps location once your booking is confirmed.
